CANCELLATION POLICY

The policy regarding cancellation of paid registrations is as follows:

  • Full refund will be given until 12th July 2018 with deduction of USD 50 (IDR 675,000) for administration fee
  • Partial refund will be given until 12th August 2018
  • No refund will be given from 13th August 2018 onwards

Participant who wish to cancel his/her registration must submit the cancellation form through online system using his/her account in APACT12th website. Online cancellation system will automatically be closed by the given day, starting at 00:00 GMT+7. The amount to be refunded will be calculated according to the date when the cancellation notice is received. All refunds will be paid after the conference. Failure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to Indonesia does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Transferring a Registration
It is possible to transfer an existing registration to another person if you can no longer attend the conference. Your registration may be transferred to another person until 31 August 2018 without incurring any cost penalty.

Transfer of registration system  will automatically be closed by 31 August 2018 at 00:00 GMT+7. To transfer your registration, participant must provide the existing registration name and registration number (five-digit number located above the name in the email confirmation) along with following registration details for the person to whom the registration is being transferred: Title, full name, organization, country, nationality, and email address. Transfer registration details must be submitted by email to registration@apact12th.org.

After 31 August 2018 registrations can only be transferred onsite, through APACT12th registration desk in Hilton Bali Resort, and a transfer fee will be born by participant.


CONSENT TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED AND PERSONAL DATA INFORMATION TRANSFER

As a registered delegate, you hereby authorize The APACT12th Committee and its official photographers/videographers to photograph you within the context of the 12th Asia Pacific Conference on Tobacco or Health and to transfer your personal data information to the next APACT Conference Committee.

The media:
Registered press representatives will be taking photographs and videotaping portions of the conference.

Other photography: Delegates are entitled to take photographs at APACT12th conferences for their own personal, educational and/or advocacy purposes. The APACT12th Committee will not be liable if delegates object to being photographed in these circumstances.
